Diane and David were so friendly and helpful. Check in was super easy, the room was exactly as described and the full English breakfast the next morning was so delicious.

The Breakfast was excellent. The location was close to an excellent restaurant easy to walk to. The beach is a short walk away. Did not use the pool but it looked good as did the grounds even at that time of year
It is an old style guest house type of property and could use a little updating, but nevertheless a very pleasant place to stay

order whatever you want and freshly cooked. Location a short walk from the beach and various pubs and cafe's.

Just a suggestion but when David takes the order for breakfast I think he should ask then if you want toast with it. You've eaten quite a lot of your breakfast without the toast.

Pleasant welcome from friendly hosts. Quiet room at the back with double bed for myself. Ample drawers and wardrobe with plenty of hangars. Nicely fresh cooked breakfast and enough choices.
Breakfast starting at 8.30 a little late for walkers like me facing a long day on the SW Coast Path. Bathroom on small side, and always needed light and fan on, without windows
