Breakfast choice wasn't brilliant, and little choice for vegetarians. Reception staff were helpful with booking taxis etc.

I did not stay at this hotel because of a booking issue, and so have no comment. They did find us a room in another hotel which turned out to be quite nice. Thanks for that!

i liked everything in this hotel .

Nice room, fairly well equipped. The bed was comfortable the room was clean and the staff, very polite and helpful. Breakfast was a delight, and the location is ideal for walks along the pleasant promenade with shops, restaurants and a market close by. Ideal for a brief stay. The parking is very safe and convenient too.

Can't actually think of anything

We liked everything. The staff were very gracious and helpful. We loved our junior suite. A bonus were the storks flying near our terrace at sunset. The view of the mountains was superb and we were walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. Great breakfast.

A map of the city with major sites of the city would have been appreciated. But we had our own with us.

It’s close to the Medina, and it is a pleasure just walking the streets near the hotel. The parking space is limited and the street in front of the hotel is narrow, but there is a parking lot very close to the hotel and super cheap (around 20dh per day), great experience overall!

Lovely light room with valley/mountain views - great watching procession of storks fly past at dusk. Comfortable bed, good shower and excellent location.

No coffee machine in room, and had to ask for towels for some reason!

We had two single beds instead of a double. The staff wasn't very helpful.

Modern refurbishment with simple understated decor. Lovely clean and spacious room in which everything worked. Excellent location walkable to all major points of interest, including the CTM bus terminal. Helpful staff. Very good value for money

the hotel was in a good location, the staff were kind.

i didn't find all of the facilities mentioned when selecting the room, the Air conditioner was not working, there was no coffee maker, and the very bad thing was the cold water while taking a shower, the breakfast wasn't good quality ,and not diverse, so we didn't have many choices.
