When we arrived at Waterloo Ave, we were told the unit wasn't ready and was led to a studio on Central Ave. We were there for three days before taken to the Waterloo Ave unit. For the inconvenience, less than one night's fee was taken off the twelve nights paid for. Central Ave seemed unprepared also as host had to buy cooking gas, water, etc. and overall feeling was that it was locked up for a while. The rickety chest-of-drawers, sheets that didn't smell fresh, pots that should have been discarded years ago, were awful. At Waterloo Ave, laundry facilities could not be accessed; a request had to be made for change of sheets after 6 days there. 'At one point, asked for a refund of remaining days already paid, but was denied. And that dirty aqua-marine chair? Who's going to sit in it? I feel like some hosts think consumers are not accustomed to anything good, and we must be satisfied with anything. Host needs lessons in hospitality management. This review will no doubt get a Trump-like clap-back. 'Surprised if it doesn't!

Nothing at all poor communication

Oh I love the convenience of walking to Devon house yes! Walking to Brooklyn super market, and being basically 10 mins from every thing. I said 10 mins because traffic in JA is real time not distance. The complex was very clear picture perfect.

Being just off the main road I assume it was not too loud, will I was wrong. If it wasn't the mini van, truck, taxi, mad man omg, there was no sleeping in not at not all. At 630 am every thing was awake! Lol! Furniture needs fixing up, proper bed needed badly.
