Cups were dirty hot tub was dirty water leak coming into pod

this was our 3rd stay here and we were very disappointed this time around. We stayed in pine pod, our heating didn’t work it was freezing for £280 a night I don’t feel like this is acceptable. We got an electric heater which didn’t really help either. When we phoned you u replied to us saying “is that not hot enough likes” as we felt that was quite rude. Looking in the review book someone else complained that it was freezing in the pod so it’s clearly not been looked at. For the price of your pods everything should be up to standards in my opinion.

It was incredible! Loved everything about it! The staff were lovely and no issue was too big.

not suitable if it’s raining spent a lot of money for 1 night mostly to use the hot tub to be able to relax but it was terrible wet rainy weather which had stopped us from being able to use the hot tub.

The location was stunning. I liked the modern technology and access to netflix.the hot tub was an added bonus!

Everything was great! Just wish we had longer there.

pod was very clean and surprisingly spacious, well equipped for our needs, hot tub was heated for arrival, great secluded area, ideal location for chilling

the pods are very cosy although found it a wee bit cold , the hot tub was amazing just a wooden one bit so cute really enjoyed my stay

the plug in the shower stank took it out to drain water from shower and it smelled terrible but went away after a while

stunning scenery, very secluded and the owner was so friendly 🥰
