Friendly staff, nice and clean

Towels were missing in some rooms, water dripping from the ceiling and it seemed to be an old problem. No sun in the pool

Experience was so pathetic.... service was so bad... ordered for basic facilities like towel and water they took 30 to 45 mns to send that too after shouting..pls don't ever think to book a room in this hotel...pure wastage of money and time...rooms was so stinking..this property is very old and not at all updated...we booked this hotel for 3 night but after 1 night we canceled our further booking...Staff was also lied at every steps in the name of booking.com

Everything....had a very bad time..

The location is good, the reception was great especially when you enter after a hot day out. The Ac was very refreshing, however the rooms were not to my specifications. I needed two separate beds, which they couldn’t accommodate and the bathrooms smelled bad, it was not clean. AC in the rooms were not working. The extra bed that was provided was wobbly. The second day was better accommodation in the new building as we requested it.

Location was good.

Breakfast was average. Most items were cold, should have been kept hot or warm. Menu was very limited. Room was too expensive compared to facilities, no wifi available. I complained 4 times without any success.

The location if the property was good, the parking facility was good.

The breakfast area is not clean, full of mosquitoes flying around the food. The placement of bathtub in the room is not good. Overall property is good, but rooms need renovation.
