Beautiful property with view! Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Work was being done on the lanai second half of stay is reason for only 4 stars because it was unusable at that point. I would definitely stay here again though!

The unit was exactly as pictured. Amazing ocean views and lanai. Very clean. The Honua Kai was everything we needed. Great pool for the kids with a little water slide. Easy beach access. Duke’s poolside service for food and drinks. Would definitely stay here again.

An incredible location and place to stay. Everything was perfect. A couple tiny issues, we needed a different wifi password and then the AC doesn't turn on unless the patio doors are closed (which was my fault), but they responded to emails within minutes and sent an AC tech within the hour. The entire property was incredible and the PERFECT place for families. I will absolutely stay here again and look at the mauiresortrentals properties only from now on. Trip of a lifetime for our family.

Overall, our stay was outstanding and we loved the view from the unit. Just a couple of minor recommendations: The kitchen cooking utensils were mostly cheap plastic and it would have been nice to have some that could be used on the outside grills. The toaster needs to be replaced and the kitchen needs to be stocked with more spices for cooking. The televisions in both bedrooms did not work on a regular basis, Must not be on the same cable system as the living room TV.

We loved our stay at Maui Resort Rentals! The property was as the picture indicated it would be, staff was friendly, property was clean, and Duke's restaurant on site was excellent! We did have trouble getting into our room upon arrival, as the code didn't work, but after 2 calls was able to reach someone to get the correct code. I highly recommend!

The property was incredibly beautiful and well kept. The condo was clean and packed with everything you’d need for cooking, washing dishes, doing laundry, ironing clothes, and included shampoo and conditioner and a cooler and beach chairs. My parents and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony looking for whales and watching the sunsets. We loved starting our day by going down to the pools in the morning and the hot tub at night to relax our muscles from a day of hiking. Also a short walk past the pools to the beach. It was a perfect location and the staff were so helpful and kind. I loved celebrating my 30th birthday in Maui. It was my first time ever in Hawaii and I loved every minute. We’ve already decided we will be coming back in the future and staying at this resort but longer than a week! We might even try to get my siblings and their families to join us next time.

This is a beautiful property. The suite is very well appointed. The view is impeccable. Our visit was a short 4-night stay and it was not long enough. We enjoyed meals on the patio, walks along the beach, eating at the nearby Food Trucks, access to shuttle service and all of the other amenities for this property. We highly recommend it and will be staying again soon.

This property is just as described. The location was perfect and the views are truly incredible! This trip was just me and my son and it was nice to have separate space for sleeping.
About three hours after we checked in the power went out on the entire island and when I called they connected me
To someone right away to explain what was going on. Thankfully it came back in about 7 hours later.
We cannot wait to rent this unit again and come back to the beautiful island of Maui!!

Ocean view is stunning, and a highlight of the property. Kitchen well appointed if not fancy. Comfortable dining area, couch and chairs. Master bed was a bit soft for my taste but linens were nice and room
was as advertised. A solid Honuakai rental in the K wing. Suite has easy access to elevator. A lovely stay.

Overall good stay
Property and unit were great - great view of ocean and nice to have sliding doors to open unit to lanai. Great snorkeling right off beach. Negatives were the parking - not enough spaces in underground garage and the spaces were very tight - hard to maneuver. It was risky going out for dessert late in evening whether you would have a parking space in garage when you returned. Other negative was the lack of food options within walking distance. Dukes is on property but that is about it aside from some food trucks parked across street. But location was good to access Lahaina or go up north to Honalua Bay.

Very nice property with a great view!
Our unit was very nice, and well equipped, furniture is older but functional. Excellent view, loved to walk on the beach walk to the other properties and shopping. The only complaint I have is if you want a chair by the pool you had to be there at 6:30 am or you were out of luck!

Honestly the pics don’t do this place justice. Best location on the resort. All the beach equipment we needed. Facilities were incredible like the gym. Staff was friendly. Beach was close. Make sure you don’t mind kids around ya there are a lot of them here.

Paradise!
We had a wonderful stay at the Honua Kai resort. Every morning we woke up to whale watching right from our patio as the sun rose. The condo was perfect, and the beds were super comfortable. It was perfect for us as we enjoy cooking in a great kitchen as compared to dining out. The Safeway supermarket had an excellent selection of meat, seafood, wine, cheese, etc at prices no different than what we’re used to in Southern California. Everyone told us to stop at Walmart near the airport to buy all our food, and since finding the Safeway we realized that was unnecessary. Also, having a separate bathroom for the kids and being able to do laundry was perfect for us. My only complaint is that it went by too fast! We will for sure be back!

Hanua Kai- Maui Resort Rentals
We stayed at the Hanua Kai Resort and from the moment we arrived we couldn't have been more pleased. Maui Resort Rentals made the entire stay from check-in to check-out very easy and smooth. The check-in process is fast and easy, they give you your wristband keys, which is access to the room, towels for pool and use of the facitilities the moment you arrive at the valet. They will store your luggage and even keep your groceries cold for you when you arrive. The room was amazing, everything plus more. We were there for 7 days and had no issues. The ease of the cooler and chairs made for fun beach days, which is right off the pool area. We had a relaxing time, and thanks to Maui Resort Rentals for calling to check-in on us. We would definitely stay at this hotel/room again.

We enjoyed staying in uint 613, view is fabulous. We saw whales every day from our balcony. Unit is well equpied, dryer and washing machine could be updated. Guest service very responsive, we did have two small requests, which were solved quick. Parking is difficult, especially if you go out for dinner, coming back after 6:00 pm. All in all it is a good place to stay.

Excellent stay in Maui
My family of 6(4 adults and 2 babies) stayed here for one week and it was so wonderful! Staff were really nice and courteous. We used their courtesy shuttle to go to Lahaina and it was a breeze too. The first night though my husband called to ask about extra pillow and bedding. I think the staff who answered the phone was a tiny bit annoyed since everything is spelled out in the welcome package haha. There were four adults + 2 kids and the welcome package/information sheet was misplaced by the time my husband came in last. But I think it was totally understandable, I'd be annoyed too. Anyhoo, we will be back! Thank you!

Seeing the condo on-line does not do it justice....it is a beautiful condo and perfect for two couples - two master bedrooms so you have your own privacy. Would 100% pick this place again. Working with Maui Resorts was so easy and they are such nice people. Looking forward to returning soon.

Beautiful Unit!
We stayed in unit 613 this past week and had a wonderful time. The unit was modern, comfortable and very well equipped (including beach chairs and a cooler!). The views were unbeatable, we loved waking up and sitting out on the large deck looking out at the ocean each morning. Maui Resort Rentals made the process so easy and seamless. They even have a free shuttle bus to take you around Maui. The driver was amazing and very informative! We loved our stay here and would definitely return!

Fantastic condo and resort!
This was the best condo and resort we’ve stayed at in Hawaii and we’ve stayed in many. This corner unit has a fabulous view and opening up the huge glass walls brings in the breeze and extends the living area. The ohana package was waiting for us in the room and was perfect for going to the beach...4 sand chairs, 2 umbrellas, cooler and buckets with lots of sand toys. Maui Resort Rentals fixed us up with all we needed, especially Chris who even called to see if we needed anything. Cal was our shuttle driver and showed us several great local places to swim and eat. Mahalo!
