A super hotel right in the middle of the city. Very comfortable with a good breakfast. I would stay here again.

The room I had (111) had a slight damp smell in the bathroom, and I couldn't get the A/c to work. Not a problem in may, but might be an issue later in the year.

- veel te warm op de kamer, en de airco kon je niet op koelen zetten enkel verwarmen. De venster was stuk waardoor je ze enkel op kip kon zetten. er plakte letterlijk een stikker op: venster stuk, niet openen. - het ontbijt was heel hectisch en slecht georganiseerd. het personeel kon niet volgen. Er wordt op voorhand gevraagd welke shift je wilt ontbijten om zogezegd de drukte te beperken maar het wordt gewoon niet toegepast, ze kijken niet na of je nu in die shift komt of niet. bijgevolg dat niemand zich er aan houdt en iedereen gelijk komt. Het was ook niet uitgebreid; geen pistolees, eitjes waren op, geen kommetjes,… - tv had de hele tijd storingen, waardoor het beeld onduidelijk werd

Great location near the central part of the city. Comfortable and warm.

Original room had a really bad smell (smoking). The room they gave me after that had really old furniture. Definitely not the quality you'd expect for the money they charge.

The location is excellent. Comfortable bed and excellent rest thanks to the silence even though it is in a very central location. Excellent shower. No bathrobe, no slippers. No bathroom accessories.

The services are not four-star. In a real four-star hotel there is always staff available on arrival to take you to your room and take care of your luggage, especially if the room is in another building. There is no telephone, some small (harmless) insects in the room and some kind of smell in the room during the stay (from the drains or something like that) I didn't complain but in general the staff in a four-star hotel should make sure of the quality of the services without the customer having to complain. Dark room. Minimal breakfast without a la carte options. I do not understand where the concept of a boutique hotel applies. It is just a hotel not in a chain.

New building has very nice rooms. Very comfortable and spacious. Great location right in the center of town.
