The property had everything we needed, it was a good location and the staff were great

Hotel w pełni spełnił moje oczekiwania. Przemiły personel, bardzo pomocny. Świetna lokalizacja - spacerkiem wszędzie można dojść. Jak ktoś nie lubi chodzić, to bardzo blisko jest przystanek metra. Czysty pokój, wyposażony w aneks kuchenny. Łazienka duża i funkcjonalna. Polecam ten hotel. Dziękuję za miły pobyt.

Very clean and spacious. Good beds, lots of wardrobe space. Lift. Reasonable breakfast. Handy to tram, metro,supermarket and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Bonus vouchers to local restaurants.

No aircon - it was hot. Could not keep the windows open because there were no latches. Booked a two bed apartment but there were not enough chairs to sit on for four adults. No sofa in room as shown in photo.

Good location, quiet, a lot of parks around. Very close to the metro. Friendly staff. Specious.

Breakfast was ok, but the eating area felt a bit dingy. The room needs a better design, quite old school.

For one person, always room with two persons has to be paid, so quite expansive for solo travelers Bearkfast there is improvement regards gluten free, but, the Reis crackers are old and sloppy already, also, no full grand break, just white wheat breads, more conscious in food would be much appreciated

This was one of the best stays I've has in a long time. The hotel was located in a very nice area with lots of nice restaurants, close to the city center (20 minutes on foot) and public transportation, the room/apartment was nice and clean, staff very friendly, nice eye for detail, everyday something else warm for breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel more thab 10 times. The staff was amazing, always communicative and polite. We were always able to get help. We would like to thank everyone for the amazing job they've done each time. The location of the hotel is superb and we appreciated the value for money we got.

The comfortable, friendly Hotel Orion in Vinohrady surely combines the best of a hotel and an apartment and is to be highly recommended for an outstanding stay in Prague. Well-situated in the beautiful Vinohrady neighborhood, the hotel is a few minutes walk from Namesti Miru with trams and the metro, and also close to several other tram hubs. The neighborhood is safe and pretty and has a variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and small grocery stores. The hotel offers a varied daily breakfast of eggs, meats, cheeses and pastries and a laundry service. My husband and I spent a happy month at Hotel Orion and were very well looked after. Our sunny corner room had high ceilings and tall windows, plenty of storage and the heating worked very well. It was well stocked with crockery’ cutlery, pots and pans, clothes drier and hair drier, making us feel quite at home. The apartment was cleaned efficiently and daily with frequent linen changes by the cheerful maintenance team. The reception staff were friendly and professional and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We particularly thank Ms Kate and Mr Andre for all their help. Many thanks to the manager Mr Jiri for his kindness in not only extending our stay when my husband fell sick but also thoughtfully making sure we could stay in the same apartment and not have to move. We are frequent visitors to Prague and were very impressed by the service we received in Hotel Orion. We cannot wait to return later in the year.

A very nice family-run hotel. Quiet rooms (small apartments), nice view, a comfortable bed, good sofa / resting area. Near a nice park, yet easy to the center. Dog-friendly and clean. Breakfast was nice - selection was limited yet pretty good - including home-made jams and gluten-free options: fresh potato wedges and rice/corn cakes.

A couple of complimentary tea bags in the room would be nice. I would have liked 3-min (soft boiled) or sunny-side up eggs for breakfast. I suspect I could have gotten the soft-boiled ones if I only asked though - the staff was attentive and friendly.

Hotel Orion is an exceptional hotel. Very welcoming and consistently a superior place to stay. The rooms were immaculate. The bathroom pristinely clean and the bathtub/shower was sparkling. The apartment was inviting and homelike after long international flights. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens and bedding were fresh and clean. We loved quiet at night. The kitchen had everything you could need. Our teen had wifi and good connection to attend her online class. We appreciated the ample closet storage in the bedroom. Breakfast was delicious everyday and they went out of their way to ensure the bread and ham was gluten free for my diet. The staff was exceptional , very helpful with directions for seeing beautiful museums, and historical sites . They were very organized. Their location is perfect. We walked everywhere and the Metro and tram were very close and easy to use. Prague us very safe. Streets were very walkable and quiet by the hotel. Albert - the grocery store is near and has whatever else you may want as well as a good bakery . The local restaurants were delicious. Staff was so hospitable it didn’t feel like a hotel. Other guests also remarked how remarkable their stay and the amenities st Hotel Orion. We were there 5 days and all staff were consistently cheerful and attentive to the needs if their guests. Hotel Orion is Superior in all ways including location. Their services and hotel is exceptional at a modest rate. We highly recommend staying at the Hotel Orion.

Nice neighbourhood, very spacious and clean rooms and a decent breakfast. Staff was also very nice!

The beds were very uncomfortable, which prevented us from having a good night’s sleep throughout our 4 day stay.

Good location, many bars and restaurants nearby, 7 minutes to the metro, there are also tram stops. The staff is great, always helpful. Everything is good in this apparthotel.

There was nothing you could want more, very spacecious and clean apartment. Tasty and various breakfast. Kind and heplfull personel. Very good localization, metro, pubs and tasty restaurants. 15min walk to the city centre.

A nice hotel in the center of Prague. Friendly staff, tasty breakfasts, large and convenient rooms. The furniture seems to be a little old, but in general it's OK. My family had a pleasant time staying in Orion.
