Location, the building, the space.

Parking place - full and chaos; The alley for the pedestrians to the sea side is a street for cars, no sidewalks.

Small parking, I didn't have space for parking, and the cleaning woman didn't come at least once to change the lien or wash the floor.

All rooms have air conditioning and minifridge. The pool is clean and decently sized , but closes at 5 pm (seems to be the norm in that area). Plenty of shade in the garden.

Cleanliness was not their strong point , they seem to focus more on adding chemicals to the pool everyday (that is normal) than cleaning the spiderwebs and glasses from your room before your stay. This specific room had a nasty stain on the wall and the AC looked absolutely disgusting. The wifi is absolutely useless (no signal at all) unless you are at the reception hall or some areas of the garden. All bathrooms have issues with ventilation, they have a persistent unpleasant smell and quite a bit of mold. The coffee at the bar is disappointing, it's really small and served in a foam container. They tax the same amount for milk in coffe as for the coffe itself. A vending machine would do a better job, and probably cheaper. Parking was a nightmare, they confirmed a few days prior to arrival that they reserved parking spots. I don't mind the fact that parking is a bit of a walk away from the hotel, but that we had to have a back and forth with their parking contractors for more than an hour to actually let us park there. Instead of just directly contacting them they just told us to insist to park there, so after being refused 5 times (5 tripts to the hotel and back to the parking lot) they finally called them and it was fine, but why did I have to go through the hassle of finding a parking spot and insisting to be let in the parking lot when I was assured there will be one?

Placement of the hotel is auite ok.

Awful beds with springs stabbing you. Narrow sheets for the bed size. Had an outage and no watter for 1.5 days, the staff was really rude and didn't care about helping. All inclusive was a stupid joke, hospital food is much better. Food was old reused for days if not consumed. The sodas would be available if you were lucky. They were also diluted 2-3 times i think. Fries were soggy, pastries unused in the morning became desert at lunch or dinner by adding a cream to them. Back to the watter, when there was water the pressure was really low. At 3 in the morning when no one was showering pressure was ok. Towels are not changed in a 5 day stay, i did change them however with the cleaning people who were really upset for changing my towels. For the money we paid the services were awful. For the same amount we visited a 4star hotel with a view in Greece with awesome food and great employees.
