The service we received at the lobby bar was excellent. Mauri (hopefully I'm spelling it correctly) was very attentive and friendly. The location was great because we wanted to be close to the airport to pick up a friend the next morning. They have a parking garage but we were able to find parking in front of the hotel for no charge.

I didn't receive my wake up call but it was no problem.

The hotel is located next to the metro station, private parking is available, pets friendly.

Wi-Fi is very slow on the ground floor, airport landing routes over the hotel might be a problem for some people.

Friendly staff(incl. cleaning staff) nice breakfast and nearby Metro.

NH is usually my favourite hotel. Sadly I was disappointed on arrival as my request was not honoured due to the influx of a group of Contiki tour. But, the receptionist gave me a free breakfast to compensate which we appreciated. The room’s around me were quite noisy but the beds are the best

Our breakfast there is one of our favorite parts, especially the omelettes. That is except for this time. We got fried eggs instead of omelettes, which mistakes happen, but super quick our omelettes came and the cheese omelettes had almost no cheese and were very over cooked, especially mine. It was disappointing, but will not affect us coming back as we love hotel. Just disappointing us all.

If you're traveling with a cat, make sure you call them before booking your room. After a long discussion when we arrived with our cat, we were finally allowed to stay, but in a standard room without terrace although we booked the superior room with terrace... But still, we had to pay the same as if we were staying in the superior room!

This is one of the best. We stayed many hotels for last 5 years but this is the best services. will go again again. Everything was excellent. Specially the customer service. Rooms and toilets were great.

Breakfast could have more variety i guess although it was delicious but verity was not much.
