Convenient location. Staff ever so friendly and helpful.
Room clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again for future trips to Hamburg.

I really enjoyed my 2-night stay here. The rooms are spacious, clean, with large windows that have a great view of central Hamburg. The owners were very friendly and helpful when I needed to ask for a favor.
Also. This hotel as a whole has a very special atmosphere - as if you were transported back in time on one hand, or maybe you are Sherlock Holmes traveling somewhere to uncover a mysterious crime... and all these associations I mean in a good way! :D

Friendly staff. Cosy room in a good location. We had breakfast on the first morning and it included coffee, juice, bread, meats, spreads, cereal amd fruits.

Centrally located, not far from U-bahn and
S-bahn stations, Planten un blomen park, lakes
and city center. Friendly and helping staff. Room
spacious and clean. Maybe breakfast could offer
more, but it’s acceptable. I would return

Seems to be a family run business and owners really take care of this place. It‘s clean and value for money is great!

the amenities in the junior suite lacked a bit. the minibar could have more options (no still water available)

Shower pressure was really good. The hotel floor is on the top floor, far away from street noise and is quiet. Property is accurately described in other reviews.
Couldn’t find wifi password. Was late at night and too late to ask. Not a big deal though.
