Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Fußgängerzone der Altstadt, wenige Schritte vom Hôtel de Ville entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken in der Tiefgarage möglich!

Ideaal gelegen, in het centrum van de stad. Restaurants, bars, warenhuizen in de onmiddellijke omgeving. Hond is welkom, 8 euro per dag. Lekker ontbijt, 15 euro pp, wat zachte muziek op de achtergrond in de ontbijtzaal zou het voor ons wel aangenamer gemaakt hebben, maar dat is een detail
Kamer heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, toilet is apart van badkamer alles functioneert goed. Parking in hotel, maar toegang slechts 1,90m hoog - wij konden er niet in met onze dakkoffer op de wagen. Op geen 50 meter verder is een goede parkeergarage.
Wij hebben dit hotel al 3 keer geboekt op doorreis naar en van Noord-West Spanje. We zouden er de volgende keer zeker weer naar toe gaan.

L’hôtel et le personnel étaient en tout points parfait.

Chambre très spacieuse, bien aménager, à quelque minutes du centre commercial avec plein de magasins, personnelles super agréable.
La vue étais sur la terrasse mais pleine vue sur les toit des maisons et jardins des habitations, l'entrée pas évident a trouvé, le bruits des gens qui sorte le leurs chambres et prenne l'ascenseur nous a réveiller à 7heures lais cela n'est qu'un détail.

Room was comfortable and clean. Location of hotel was great for visiting the old part of Poitiers.
1) The receptionist, on our arrival, was not particularly friendly or welcoming, and we can only assume she was having a bad day! Whilst we arrived too early for check-in, we didn't really expect our room to be ready. All the same, we did expect to be greeted with a smile, an offer to look after our bags and an encouragement to walk around Poitiers and advice on what to see and do - we got none of this.
However, when we returned later in the day, the new receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful.
2) If you have any mobility issues, either don't use the hotel's car park or unload outside the hotel before parking.

very friendly staff, who patiently allowed me to try out my French. Great room with comfy bed. wonderful location with everything close by and a great bar opposite.
