Superb location, parking safe and convenient. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and fresh. The fruit juice however was mixed indoor pure orange.

It was excellently located in the centre of town. A terrific selection of bars and restaurants was within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and on-site parking was very convenient and reasonably priced. The staff were great - attentive and quick to answer any questions. The buffet breakfast was also superb and excellent value. We would most certainly stay here again if we ever visit Poitiers in future. Thanks to all at the hotel for a really pleasant stay!

We had broken down and were staying in Poitiers unexpectedly while our car was being fixed. We were so glad to find this hotel - it was just what we needed. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They were thoughtful about our room allocation, helpful with storing our things and attentive at breakfast and around the hotel. They also helped me contact the garage that was fixing our car when I had not managed to do so. The lounge area is really nicely decorated and comfortable to sit in. Breakfast was excellent, particularly the home made lemon cake and local produce.

The hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring the city. The staff were very welcoming on arrival, greeting us as we pulled up in the car. We hadn't pre-booked a parking space but they accommodated us on arrival. Parking was a real bonus. We booked 2 double rooms (2 adults, 2 children) with no guarantee that the rooms would be close to each other but at check in, (and recognising we were a family with young children) they kindly offered to move us to their family room set up. The staff were so friendly and helpful. This made our stay very comfortable and easier with children. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and of great quality. I would not hesitate to stay again.

If I was being picky, the breakfast room was rather small and a bit chaotic at peak time but you couldn't fault the food.

The hotel is located incredibly close to the city centre and was easy to find. There is parking which, although it felt like it should be a bit of a tight fit, was incredibly well organised. the breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms were bright, clean and well decorated. The garden and lounge were also lovely for spending time relaxing.

ev charger not working with maestro and visa (should work). there is no solution from the hotel with an own card of the hotel or something like that. I later was able to charge with a shell recharge rfid card. they offered to use a normal outlet, but that is to slow. rooms looked nicer on booking.com. but still not bad. in fact they are pinped up old rooms.

friendly and helpful staff. breakfast was exceptional with locally sourced food in a lovely breakfast room overlooking the garden. the hotel was very clean and tranquil. communal areas welcoming and beautifully decorated

The people on reception were very kind and welcoming. The location is very good.

The bedroom is bland, the decoration tired and needs to be updated. The water for the shower and bath is not hot enough. It is considerably overpriced for what it is.
