Der Fahrstuhl hat nicht funktioniert alle 3 Tage.

Guler yuzlu, iyi niyetli ve yardimci personel, ulaşım açısından elverişli lokasyon, Yorumlarda yatak rahatsızlığından bahsediliyor. Biz 105 nolu odada kaldık, hem yatak hem açılan koltuk gayet rahatti. Nevresim tertemizdi.
Acil restorasyon gerekiyor, halılar o kadar eski ki temizlenemiyor ve kokuyor. Boya badana ve halılardan kurtulursa daha iyi. Yastıklar yok denecek kadar ince. İcine havlu ya da giydi koymak gerekti.

Beliggenhed var godt, bortset fra at området og gaderne flyder med skrald. Rigtig mange gadeludere og narkomaner i området, derfor meget larm hele natten.
Personalet var værst. Da vi ankom klokken 01.30 om natten, mødte vi meget ubehøvlet mand i receptionen. Det samme da vi tjekkede ud kl. 11.00. Her tog vi 3 elevatoren ned. Den gik i stå på vej ned da den må max tage 2 personer med i. Vi har som sagt ankommet sent nat og tjekkede ud om morgen, så vi har ikke set skiltet med at der kun må være 2 i elevatoren, selvom pladsmæssigt kan der være minimum 5 personer. Efter 10 minutters tid kommer vi ned og ud af elevatoren. Her råber 2 medarbejder og skælder os ud og vil give os en bøde på 150 euro for fejlen vi har begået.
Det var dårlig service på alle måder. Både at drikkevarer var låst inde med hængelås til at de gerne vi have at vi betaler kontant for drikkevarer.

Es liegt zentral
Bei Hausstaub Milben Allergie ist es unmöglich dort zu schlafen. Das Bett, war kein Bett, sondern einfach nur Matratze . Es war das mit Abstand schlechteste Hotel, dass ich je bei Booking.com gebucht hab. Fön ging auch nicht, hat dich keiner gekümmert.

Unterkunft war sehr alt, Ausstattung auch abgenutzt aber an sich ausreichend.

Bathroom was clean and neat. staff was friendly. Diana was super helpful also the gentleman we met first was very helpful - unable to get his name
No breakfast, high price, small lift that takes only 1 person and one piece of luggage, dirty and over used furniture. Having a kettle in the room will help also a mini fridge will be an additional bonus

the bunk bed was dirty and there was no topper on it and uncomfortable to sleep because of disbalance!

Everything was great location, puplic parking garage near to the hotel and was 12 euro for 24 hours.

Like others write, it’s not the most pleasant 3 minute walk from the station, but it is still only a 3 minute walk.

Convenient location. The staff was polite. There was no noise. Room was reasonably clean.
Tiny room with small, uncomfortable bed. Hotel looks like has barely been updated since the 1980s. Area around it doesn't feel very safe, would not recommend for families or for anyone, really, if you have an alternative place stay there instead. Very expensive for what you get. Just about Ok if all you need is somewhere to spend a night, clearly not a place for a holiday.

There was no breakfast because not enough people had booked it. The bed was nice, but the room didn't even have a mini fridge. The location was dramatic for someone approaching the hotel by car, I have to park somewhere around the hotel, enter the hotel and get the garage key, return to my car, drive to the garage to park the car and then and only then can I go to the hotel to check in. This has to be done every time I have to move the car because they only had one garage key!

Worst location in Hamburg, to get your room cleaned, you have to leave the key at reception before 11...!!! Very expensive for what it offers!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The price was really affordable and I thought that maybe some items can not be provided by hotel as it should be. But, the bed was comfy, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean included towel and shampoo. The location was so great, it just took less than 10 min by walk to city center.
