it was not possible to use the iron and kettle, as the socket is Swiss, and the "plug" of the iron and kettle is European.

Unfortunately, previous occupants smoked in the room. The smell of cold smoke was strong. This made the experience very unpleasant. Upon arrival on the location, it was easy to find the key. However, I had a hard time to locate my room. Better indication are needed.

Trams and train station nearby. Comfortable bed, sofa. Spacious.

- Noisy radiator heater, had to turn it off at night. - Last day, the kitchen sink got clogged, although I didn't use it much. Apparently, neighbors were also affected and tried to clean it which let some smelly greasy liquid into my sink. - In the bathroom, the basin plug cover was missing so large objects could fall into. - A smoked cigarette from a previous guest was left in the balcony

Convenient location in Oerlikon, space was ok.

Upon arrival we noticed that the floor was VERY dirty. After 5 minutes your white socks would become black, disgusting. It was especially concerning since we were travelling with our 2 years old kid (if you think that's exaggerated please check the pic attached). After 2 days of multiple calls they still didn't come to clean, totally unacceptable!! And when they finally came they did a poor job at it as the floor was still a bit dirty. In addition to that, we didn't have enough stoves to cook properly, the bed had a super thin mattress, and the baby cot had no mattress at all just a blanket folded in two :o Bonus: they told us we would get a refund because of all the trouble but then they disappeared. Easily the worst situation we ever experienced in Switzerland.

The location

It was shabby. Someone smoked inside so it smelled like smoke. Furniture was broken and run down. It was depressing.

Nice size, Beds are comfy too. Very close to the Train station Oerlikon. And a big public open air swimming pool in the area.

It's happen again. Last time i got a proble with the sink. And now again, even worst! all the water leaked from the sink, and all the floors were full of water.

I came at 14.00 ( check-in time ) the room wasn't ready, dirty. And staff still cleaning the room. I was loose the time about 30 mnt only for waiting. And the staff can not speak English or German. It's very complicated to communicated. One of sink in the bathroom has problem. One of 'table lamp' in the room also broke. And the Lobby very stinky.
