The property is located in the heart of the old town and it’s meters away from all the touristic attractions. The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable and the staff was welcoming and kind. It was parking and that was helpful also.

I studied at the University of Urbino for a semester WAY! Back in 1981 when I was at Rutgers University, I decided to go back to Urbino after 42 years. The hotel is centrally located and it offers great value for money. It is just across from the Palazzo Ducale and the National Gallery and only a 2 or 3-minute walk to the University of Urbino's campus in the city. It's only a 10-minute walk to Casa Natale di Raffaello. We walked to the campus which was about 1 mile away, it was great to reminisce about being an undergrad again. The staff were friendly and welcoming and were helpful with booking a taxi to take us to San Marino, which is only an hour away. There are many GREAT restaurants in Urbino, when you go, do your research and make sure you have reservations. The hotel's breakfast buffet is awesome.

I enjoyed my stay very much, especially the size and comfort of the room. The location of the hotel is excellent, directly opposite the major attractions in this wonderful, historic small city. I did not have breakfast.

Better use could be made of the reception/entrance area to provide a more attractive ambience. There could be better information for visitors about transport between Urbino and Pesaro, including written advice about arrival in the booking information. The publicly available web-based information is difficult to access and understand, even in English, but the hotel could fill in this gap.

The location, across from the Palazzo Ducale could not be beat. They have parking which is invaluable in Urbino. The staff was very pleasant. The hallways had an unpleasant musty smell. The room was spacious, clean and and airy, but the mattress was a mean, thin and not entirely comfortable to sleep on. But if you're on a budget, you could do worse.

The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of the city, just in front of Palazzo Ducale.

The hotel would need a renovation to be considered a 4 stars hotel. Furniture are very old as well as room decorations. The shower does not work well. The fridge was locked and not possible to use. A lot of disorder in the common area. It's ok for one night if you are passing by and want to have an overview of the city in one afternoon/evening by but not for longer stay.
