Very spacious rooms in a well positioned apartment. The ceiling was a nice bonus 😁

It’s super central, very vintage, but with new utensils. A really unique stay.

The lobby was completely dark at night and to was really loud as well, as it’s in a Main Street. They should add AC and soundproof windows.

Nice, lovely and wide room with frescoes on the ceiling in the historical center of Old Town Urbino (which was at the same time a blessing and a curse, read further). Fresh modern private bathroom, very convenient shared kitchenette.

The location seemed absolutely perfect (and, in a way, it was): in the old town, mid way from the main square (Piazza della Repubblica) and the Duomo, no cars allowed in the area, few meters from pretty much everywhere... BUT... Being Urbino an university town, we discovered very soon that it was impossible to rest at night. Every single night bars and pubs along the alley below the room windows were pumping very loud music till very late; every night groups of drunk students were hanging around celebrating graduations, screaming and chanting until 04:00 or so. We didn't have a decent sleep for almost a week. Apparently it goes like that in the whole old town. So the location is wonderful, one of the best for a room in Urbino, but be aware not to go there during the academic year!
