La vicinanza al centro di urbino

Assenza totale di personale in reception, televisore non funzionante, frigorifero non funzionante

Niente di positivo

1) Check-in comunicato fino alle ore 20:00, sono arrivata alle ore 19:30 e non c'era personale, ero chiusa di fuori. Ho dovuto fare il check-in DA SOLA con un totem esterno. Non si sono neanche scusati per aver mandato una comunicazione errata. 2) Mi hanno fatto pagare il doppio della tassa di soggiorno (3€ invece di 1,5€) 3) Sono rimasta senza acqua: il mio frigo-bar era vuoto 4) I sanitari del bagno erano sporchi 5) I riscaldamenti erano spenti 6) Nella stanza c'era un gradino!! Veramente pericoloso per la notte 7) La bella vista che fanno vedere nelle foto NON C'E'. La mia stanza dava su di un vicolo 8) Stanze molto rumorose: si sente qualsiasi rumore da parte degli altri ospiti 9) Il parcheggio di Santa Lucia è a 400 metri con forti pendenze in salita e discesa. Menomale che non avevo valigie con me. Un'esperienza così disastrosa non mi era mai capitata. Né in Italia né all'estero. Tutto questo con un costo da hotel 4 stelle, ma un servizio inesistente e uno stabile mal tenuto.

La posizione

Self check in perché ci hanno invitato il codice errato della cassetta per ritiro chiavi; fortunatamente è passato un dipendente da lì e ha potuto chiamare l'addetto e fornirci numero corretto in tempi brevi, altrimenti non vi era nessuno in struttura per chiedere ed erano circa le 18

The hotel is in a very strategic position. The person-less check-in, even if with some difficulties, is quite handy. The style of decor is in line with the atmosphere and quite well thought.

The person-less check-in had some logistic issues. We booked a room for 2, but there were towels just for 1 person. In the morning, at 9 o' clock, the reception was empty, so we had to check-out on our own, ravaging through the documents behind the desk: inexistent hospitality, understandable for a room rental, but not acceptable for a hotel.

The hotel is located in a superb neighbourhood within the historic centre. It is a quiet place and the room was spacious and comfortable enough.

It was a surprise that our room category went without breakfast and thus we could not use the common facilities of the hotel. From our window, there was no view of the Ducal palace and the hills.

Really central location, easy to get to everything. Good range of choice for breakfast

Fairly traditional interior which was looking old and some attention to detail lacking in room.

This is a very pretty hotel in a great location and has a wonderful breakfast

I loved everything

Everything looks very dated. The cleanliness of the floor was not impeccable. In the bathroom, I could not find a light for the mirror.
