I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience that I feel I should share with you. Firstly, on arrival the check-in process was slow and disorganized, the lobby was muggy and had no AC while waiting to be checked in. Secondly, when I entered the room, I immediately noticed that it was not cleaned thoroughly and the AC was inoperable. The room didn't meet basic comfort standards, which was not only uncomfortable but also unacceptable. We were immediately transferred to a different room with a working AC. However, the bathroom water pressure was subpar and could not take a proper shower. Lastly, the facility is in dire needs of an upgrade compared to current standards. The swimming pool was filthy and had no water filter. Stray cats were all over the facility. The fitness center had little to no equipment. The toilet in the fitness center had a missing toilet seat. Cold water was not available and the air conditioning was inoperable. I was disappointed by the overall condition of the hotel. I expected a better experience from a hotel that I had heard good things about. I would appreciate it if you could investigate these issues and provide me an explanation and solution. i like the view around the hotel, the room is big . receptionists were friendly and accommodating. buffet was good.

most of the facilities are already old … needs proper maintenance. i expected a garden view from our room … all we can see are view of the corridor roof. too many mosquitos in our room. the room was dark.

old structure, bathroom and shower bad. no foot towel, poor coordination among staff, check in procedure tedious and long, no reliable information about tours, receptionists with different and confusing information

I know this is an old hotel already, but I am very disappointed with the bathroom as it's not as clean as I expected. Please renovate it to be more modern because the room is already old, giving a different touch and relevance.

Very bad experience which could have been avoided if the staff were honest about the airconditioning. Poor wifi connection! The place was so old & creepy as my niece's described.. You can hear the creaking sound of the floor when walking . Had to ask for an extra towels when they know I booked for 12 people! It was such a nightmare..
