Great location very close to most touristic attractions.

Unfortunately wasn’t clean. The toilet was full of long hair everywhere in the toilet and also in the carpet.

Spacious room, location, decent WiFi.

Tv didn't work, windows overlooked ally. Dark room. Shower/bath and cheap body wash/shampoo and soap. Post booking process: Have to register online and send ID photo over which is a little bit of an inconvenience. Baggage storage in ally, unsecured and suboptimal.

it located in the center of old town. You can reach a most of famous sightseeing places by walk within 5 mins. The building is very old but it is still comfortable for staying several nights there.

the photos they showed here looks good but you may feel disappointed when you see that.

Right in the middle of old town with perfect pink courtyard, an awesome apartment. Especially huge bathroom, well designed and equipped bathroom(bidet, shower and bathtub was great to have). What kept this apartment to be exceptionally perfect was a missing kitchenette (tho still for a short stay, what provided here; such as glasses and kettle and coffee was practical but definitely could be improved). Living room without any windows even well lighted. Bedrooms with beautiful pink courtyard and bedrooms were separated by a door which makes it great for privacy during a stay with friends. Heating system was also working perfectly.

Kitchenette and more equipment (there was only a shelf with some glasses and kettle) is expected to make any stay more comfortable for guests and it could be easily provided in this specious apartment. However still coffee was provided which was giving a welcoming feeling.

The time between online registration and receival of information about the way of entering to the room. I had a feeling that i did sth wrong and I will not have an access to the room

The accommodation is located in an excellent position. It is in a really cool road in the old town, with some cool bars and easy access to all the main attractions.It made our staying really easy and enjoyable.

I would improve the mattress.

I guess I personally prefer the stays where you actually still interact with real people and not only locker’s for the keys. But that’s probably just me ;)

very big apartment, cheap and in the center of old town Prague.

The location is fantastic and the setting for the room entry is great. The size of the space was excellent and access was very secure but easy to manage.

The location was fantastic. Right in the heart of old town and walking distance from everything you'd want to see in a 2-day stay. A very pretty courtyard. Wifi was very helpful to have. I inadvertently locked myself out of the room one evening and Karolina very promptly arranged for someone to come and let me in! The sheets and towels were clean. There is plenty of storage space. Karolina very kindly found a converter for my charger - that was much appreciated. And they let me check out 30 minutes after the agreed time, that was also helpful.

The room itself was basic. The sheets and towels were clean but the furniture was basic (sofa was pretty old I think, and not comfortable to sit on) and the room and bathroom were cold - Prague was minus 9 degree C when I was there so a warmer room would have been welcome! The staff did acknowledge that the main heater in the room wasn't working so kindly gave me an electric heater, but the room was large and the heater wasn't enough to heat it well. To improve, they could leave some leaflets about Prague in the room maybe. Despite all that, the location really makes it a good choice for a short stay in Prague.

The location is perfect. Everything can be reached by walking. The check in though it was done online became easy because the instruction given by Karolina were very detailed. The luggage room was helpful for those who came early before check in time like us coz we were able to roam around not wasting our time. The rooms, living room and bathroom are spacious. It feels like a home away from home.
