Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Location was so central it was great! We stayed in one of the newly refurbed rooms which was lovely done. The added mini bar and nips was a great touch. Room was pretty modern stylish and very clean.
Although I liked the sliding glass door for bathroom it was a bit too see through. I think the glass should be completely smoked out if using this sort of style.

The location was excellent. Many places were walking distance including a very good Thai restaurant. The staff were particularly friendly and knowledgeable and gave us excellent directions and information. The Airport Link bus stop was just around the corner on the parallel road which was very convenient. It is also right next to the train station.
Some of the finishes particularly in the Lounge area need some refurbishment. The bathrooms on our three stays there in six weeks all had issues with water draining slowly.

From the minute I arrived the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, a lovely hotel to stay in my first time visiting Glasgow! Great room, great facilities and the bed was very comfy, exceptional service and perfect location! I will definitely be back!

Excellent location for our railway station. Staff friendly and helpful. Mini bar very useful. Lovely bathroom and toiletries.
The room was far too hot and despite setting the temperature to low it did not make any difference. Because of this although the bed was comfortable didn’t sleep well.

The hotel location is in an excellent position in the city next to George Square, shops and restaurants.
On arrival hotel staff were lovely and welcoming. Hotel was very clean and tidy.
Bedroom was very clean and smelled really fresh on entering. Lovely hand wash, hand cream, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom & fresh soft towels.
Mini bar and refreshments were well stocked free of charge too.
Staff throughout our stay were pleasant, helpful and very accommodating.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
No view from our window. However, this wasn't a problem for us as we were out all day.

We were encouraged to upgrade our stay to a “room at the front of the hotel with city views” only to pay and find we’d been put on the first floor with a view of an office block across the street. It felt very cheeky to have to pay extra for that horrible view. I hadn’t been in Scotland in 35 years and my Scottish partner hadn’t been home in over ten. The hotel hardly kept their promise of “views over the city” and it was one of the reasons we choose this one over others. As well as the roaring fires at Christmas which were fake and the upgrade to a room with a bathtub - just a standard bath - it was basic posing as high-end. Still, the bed was wonderfully comfortable, the staff lovely and efficient, and the location unbeatable. Big plus to the in-room drinks bar, quality bathroom toiletries and lounge access for cocktails.

the breakfast was good but not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Sausages had no taste, the bacon was very overdone and crispy, the hash browns were underdone and the Loren sausage was like cardboard. The pot of tea was nice
