Location and super value.

bit over the top with emails. took payment before time that booking.com stated for cancellation. £25 payment for early or late check in or out warning.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location near beaches, good local pub and fish and chip shop. good parking, easy drive to Cardigan etc. Immaculately clean rooms and bathroom, comfortable beds.

Draughty sash windows ( in really stormy weather) need replacing, not the best sound insulation between rooms, no blackout material on curtains.

Very easy to find and there was plenty of free parking. Great location close to the beach, pub and chip shop(all highly recommended!) The room was spacious, warm and really clean with a huge window overlooking the sea. The bed was very comfortable. We'd booked room only so the breakfast tray was a lovely unexpected extra.

The tone of the texts and emails sent before arrival were full of warnings about not arriving early, extra charges and guests being liable for any criminal damage during their stay. There were more warning notes in the room. It felt very unwelcoming which was in stark contrast to the warm, cosy room, the breakfast tray and other thoughtful touches. I even Googled Aberporth to see if it's a hotbed of crime (it isn't!). I guess they've had a bad experience with guests in the past, but most of us know that we can drink the tea but not steal the mugs :-)

Location,peace and quiet

Clean and comfortable throughout and a well fitted room.

Lack of served breakfast. The food items left in the room were OK, but to my taste, they were generally too sweet. A more savoury option, possibly bread and cheese, would have been nice.

no access to a cooked breakfast/no working batteries in remote, tv standby flashed all night and rooms above flooring creaked excessively..

Beautiful view from the room and lovely breakfast

Good location, comfortable rooms and bed. Nice cooked breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Good heating for cool autumn nights.

Stairs and fire door upto bedrooms can be a bit awkward to manage with bags and cases.

Lovely clean hotel, perfect location

Nothing really. It's getting a little dated but that adds to the character.
