The hotel is highly recommendable. The rooms are comfortable, cosy and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly.

The check in was super easy, the staff were all very friendly. I needed some additional help with my bag as something had leaked in it and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to help me clean it up before my flight home. The breakfast was great, a good choice of hot and cold options. The rooms were really clean, modern and we had a balcony which was lovely. The hotel is a short walk to the train station (15 minutes) and there are direct trains to Bucharest, I would recommend going up to the city if you have time!

I tried to figure out how to lock the door to my room from the inside, as a lone female in that room I think a lock on the door is essential. I think some instructions on how to use the keypad next to the door would be helpful. The bed is also a little hard for my liking but it's my personal preference to have a softer mattress.

Breakfast options were a bit limited but sufficed our needs.

The restaurant was quite small, but cozy.

The lift got broke on the second day and for people with knee problems it’s very difficult to use the stairs

Very helpful staff. Nice clean room. Apartment 402 was spacious, with balcony, tea and coffee facility. Quiet room as requested. Angela was very helpful with booking a cab for the airport.

We had to look for the chef at breakfast to order the coffee and omelette

Great breakfast. Due to COVID restrictions it was served in rooms. Good location, everything from the center is a walking distance from the hotel. The staff is very friendly. Only 2 parking spots, but we were lucky to have one for us.

The room was very small and the facilities are not brand new, but still very good quality.
