Calm and green environment, nice view from the balcony, sport facilities around.

Wall and ceiling around the air-conditioner needed repainting, carpet was also quite old and good to be replaced :)

The hotel is very good and well situated in the municipal park Saint George. The staff is friendly and helpful. However some more things could be improved (the door of the bathroom for example) for it to be perfect.

Excellent facility, amazing staff, and perfect service. The bar/restaurant incl. food and staff are great.

Very pleasant staff, tasty restaurant!

There is no sauna or spa as seen on the pictures! The floor in the rooms could need a deep cleaning! The breakfast is not very good!

change in the place of the restaurant - it is now in the lobby of the hotel, which is was unpleasant for dining - the door was constantly opening, it was cold

Excellent hotel with good facilities. Restaurant open and busy with hotel guests and locals. Bar open and busy. Plenty of staff, so no waiting to be served. Everything worked correctly. A model for other hotels. Value for money is excellent.

It was all very good really, so not much to criticise.
