front desk staff is very bad , they barely know about the city and surrounding areas , not personable and not friendly. wi fi connection is very bad and barley working. no coffee or kettle in the room , no water , no gym ((

Nice hotel near the airport, next to the beach. Very good staff and also very clean hotel. Newly refubrished and also new airconditioning.

the floor in rooms was not cleaned properly , toilet wipes and spray was taken away 1 day too early before we leave .

- Very clean (I saw cleaning ladies working, they were wearing head scarves to prevent hair from falling. Small but eloquent detail). As far as I could see from the outside, they were washing the balconies very thoroughly, cleaning glass every day etc). - Best location! 300 m aside and the picture changes dramatically (worse quality of bars, garbage in the street, drunk teenagers). The beach is one of the best on the entire island. - Very good quality of food and drinks. Even capuccino from the coffee machines was great. There was a machine for making orange fresh. - Geniunly friendly and helpful staff. All of them are pleasant and professional. 3 rock stars among them: - Waitress Katia - very nice and warm-hearted person, always ready to chat and help in the restaurant - Head waiter Xisco - the guy remembered our names and room number after a couple of days! He was super professional in dealing with guests. We calculated at least 5 languages that he was speaking fluently - Masseuse Malen - a very talented lady! We both (me and my husband) were absolutely amazed with her massage! Sometimes you do massage because it's probably good and probably healthy and feel nothing. Malen's massage gives you great sensations of total relax and relief. - Good shows: disco, breathtaking singing of Viktoria (Diva), dance show of three dancers (sorry, don't remember the name of the band) that made me get goose bumps.

The most important things that we considered before booking were location, staff, breakfast, swimming pool and hotel plans that the first three were above expectations. Within a 10-minute walk, you could pick any bar and beach club you want

Internet connection within the rooms (not lobby or common areas) was the only thing that could be better!
