Ok hotel

Terrible, annoying cleaning staff. Very unprofessional

The facility was big, 6 floors they kept it pretty clean. Staff was nice and housekeeping came regularly. There were double locks you can use on the inside door. The room was big and they have a gym that actually works. The breakfast buffet was also good. They also had a ballroom where people were dancing and eating. The room had a good amount of outlets and flat screen mounted to the wall. The bathroom is also clean and this place has valet parking where the gate closes late at night for security. There was also a security guard there and of course it's staffed 24/7. There is a vault in the room you can use. And a lot of cabinet space and decent closet space. They left a good amount of hygiene products including toothbrushes and an wall attached hair dryer. There was a menu in the room where you could order from their restaurant(room service)

There was no iron in the room but an iron holder/iron board. The jacuzzi has limited hours, I'm not sure if it was operable.

The room is big. It is very well equipped - toothbrushes, toothpaste, cream, even hair gel. The bed is very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great value.

Unfortunately the tv has no English option but it wasnt a big problem. I wish the hotel would use soap and shampoo dispenser so it would be more environmentally friendly.

Reception guy was very nice and helpful, quick check in. Very large room with a huge bed.

Hotel very dated and in a risqué area. It is adjoined to a brothel I suspect (I’m sure I saw a sign that mentioned room rates by the hour but that could be my poor Spanish) and there are gentleman only bars within a few yards. That might be fine for some people but I was a single female traveller and didn’t feel comfortable. No wifi in room which reception staff explained was probably due to high season but I’m not sure if that is correct as it worked fine in the hallway right outside the room, think it was more to do with the connection. Also, just to add this hotel is about 40 minutes from the airport. I was originally looking for something next to the airport but that is on me for not checking the hotel properly on the map.

I got the jacuzzi room and it was super relaxing , it was a very nice way to recharge after I had been flying around all day

It’s very large and sometimes is a bit confusing if you are on the upper levels
