Super lokalizacja. Dobre warunki.

Trochę skromne śniadanie, brak ciepłego dania.

Předem zajištěné parkování auta, klid (okna do dvorního traktu).

Spíše jen detaily: Nedostatečná orientace v objektu (na jednom patře jsou stejně očíslované pokoje i kanceláře, úplně by stačilo u výtahu dát jednoduchou orientační tabulku. U kuchyňské linky bych uvítal utěrky na nádobí.

I found the bed very comfortable and loved the huge pillow.

Nothing not to like. Would have made stay easier if I knew there was extra items to use in cupboards etc. prior to visit. Found everything half way through stay.

Great location for access to metro and trolley. Had provisions for making tea or instant coffee with cream in refrigerator plus extras like honey, cheese spread, jam, Nutella each replenished by daily room cleaning. Breakfast brought to room included rolls, bread pastry cheese and cold cuts. We had a small balcony to sit and have our coffee. Rooms with balcony, smoking is allowed strictly on balcony otherwise high fine for smoking in room. Will book again for next year.

A minor negative is no cable TV only local and German stations.

The breakfast was very good always arrived on time and was usually more than I could eat drinks were plentiful. Bed was comfortable and the room was cosy.

The only disappointment was there was no shower caddy which meant you had to put your shower gel and shampoo on the floor.

Good location, plenty of space in the apartment. Budget price.

Soviet style service: you must return the key to a receptionist going to the city, but they can give a key to everyone who comes from the street and says the room number. The same breakfast everyday (bread, cheese, ham). The shower door is outworn.

The mini kitchen and the warm and clean bathroom. And for a family of 2 adults the room is big enough. The location is also good. And Daniela from the reception was your dose of daily SUNSHINE!

This can be more about the receptionist. Daniela was the ONLY best recpetionist amongst all. The rest of them was just „disrespectful“. We ordered food delivery at night since our daughter was already tired from walking around the city the whole day. And when the food delivery arrived I asked my husband to pick up the food downstairs. And the „guy“ at the recpetion made a comment like „I usually would go to the restaurants“ and my husband told him kindly „Our daughter is already asleep so we can‘t go out anymore“ and he the guy at the recpetion answered „well I think thats being lazy“. I studied 4 years at a hotel school in Switzerland and also worked in the service industry during my studies.
