I really liked the weather and the swimming pools and the massage

The location was really good, the spa facilities and pool was really good and the food and service in the restaurant was good

the property on their website said 5 star and air conditioning but the rooms did not have air conditioning and it was stuffy and very uncomfortable in the rooms and we had to use table fans. Some lights in the rooms were not working and room service was pathetic we had to struggle to find people to speak English and understand our requests

Most of the staff lacked basic English and need customer service training. Room carpet was dirty, housekeeping staff entered the room despite of don't disturb sign being visiable on the outside of the room.

I like after noon tea , garden and playground Wonderful spa and clean swimming pool indoor and out door

No one in reception staff can understand stand us some time no one speak arabic

The receptionists: Nigar and Onur were very helpful

The surrounding park with Gazelles & some animals. The breakfast is excellent.

The shower leaks and is old (the hotel furniture overall is old). The dinner options are not delicious!

The hotel was excellent with great facilities and great food in the restaurant. The stuff were kind and helpful. The walking paths and the reservation areas were wonderful. The resort is great for families or couples and satisfy everyone’s needs without the need to leave the hotel. I would definitely recommend it to others and would love to come back. And the weather is soo good.
