De locatie. Deze was echt heel ideaal aangezien het naast het centraal station ligt maar je dus ook zo in de stad bent. Het is hygiënisch en er is een 24-uurs receptie. Aan de bar in het hotel kun je nog een drankje doen als je dat zou willen. Ook is er een dagelijkse schoonmaak.

De lift. Het is net of die ieder moment ermee kan stoppen. Gelukkig is er ook een trap. Ook vond ik het verblijf redelijk duur. Het bad mocht aan de onderkant wel wat netter worden afgewerkt. Het is niet vies maar het ziet er gewoon niet uit. Helaas geen stopcontacten naast de bedden.

Incredible location right next to the main station and in the heart of Glasgow!

Unfortunately our room onlooked the station and we could hear all the night life and our room shuddered every time a train arrived or departed. Honestly we were so tired we slept through it but it did take a while to fall asleep. As long as you’re aware there will be street noise and are happy with a little disturbance, this place is great to stay at!

Everything was good here. From reception the guys at the desk were lovely and welcoming. Room was good enough for what I needed it for. Clean rooms and bathroom was good

Swipe card was touchy for the room, wifi was a hit and miss. A bit out dated

The staff were friendly and the room was adequate for our needs. Room was overall clean and tidy. Good central location.

Due to the location, the room was noisy from the street and the bed vibrated because of the traffic and trains.

Couldn’t ask for better hotel staff. The hotel is in a great location and the size of the room is great.

One of the things that let the hotel down is the TVs that are in the rooms.

Breakfast was not included. Excellent value for money. Excellent location. Friendly staff

Adding hair conditioner in shower room will be helpful.

Only thing needed is a bit of matinance to the rooms, handle brook in our sink bit of updating but other than that hotel is spot on

shower was cold (middle of winter) loose tiles on the bathroom floor, kept stubbing our toes on it mouldy shower curtain lift on the verge of breaking receptionist didn’t know the number to dial to reception from our room, more training needed uncomfortable bed Smallest tv in a hotel I’ve experienced, with only 3 channels
