Great location with super view. Great hospitality from Anneta, free beverages when we visited the pool. Magnificent view from there too. Quiet place with privacy and free parking. I highly recommend for families!

Some fruits to supplement breakfast would be great. I cannot think of anything else!

Everything - views, location, the welcome, spacious comfortable and well equipped apartment, charming and helpful staff who went the extra mile, good tavernas near by, lovely sea water swimming pool. Faultless.

Lovely big open plan room with amazing views from the balcony and a romantic fireplace incl free wood. Free breakfast that you can prepare yourself incl home made jams. Few minutes drive from Limeni, a beautiful place to eat fresh fish right next to the ocean. Enthusiastic host, good communication. There is even a pool! The house is brand new and modern.

The area is still being built up, but should be amazing in a few years

The host was simply amazing, super helpful, very friendly, offering also extra services such drinks or cakes. Spacious room and terrace for breakfast, in a fantastic location, the best Sunrise view, and amazing crystal water within walking distance.

Welcoming host, big pool, panoramic view on the bay

Fantastic studio in a complex of 5 studios managed by one Family. The rooms and patio, the care from the hosts, the water pool at the place - all was awesome! I haven’t been that much surrounded with care from hosts! Primarily, it is Aneta who wrapped us in comfort and left no time to worry or lack anything. The home-made cakes, jam, butter, eggs, juice and more - that was all re-plenished at the fridge upon request or automatically. Good family is a good Team who supplemented Aneta in her efforts: Stratos the Man, Stomatia the Lady, Dimitris the IT guy who serves drinks and sweets by the pool, and their beautiful cousin who cooked fantastic sweets for us. We are well rested and returned home with great memories for the years ahead. We hope to be back there, at the Selana studios!

Moskitos at night. That is no big issue as hosts provide for the anti-Mosquito devices snd spirals. The sea is very close (50 meters), but the spot is not yet “cultivated” with cement or sand or pebbles

The location was perfect in front of the sea in a quiet and remote area, the studio made of stone had plenty of character and was very nicely made and decorated. The balcony was large with a superb view on the sea and the whole bay. I can honestly say that the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on!! The kitchen was adequately equipped and I must admit that the home made cake upon arrival was a nice touch. I was so pleased to see that we had all we needed to make our Greek coffee in the morning. We even had a gorgeous cat visiting us every day enjoying our company, bonus! I would happily come back and wished we could have stayed longer.
