Hostess was very friendly and nice

No aircondition, so hot and the street noise was horrible.

relatively cheap, situated close to Termini (which, as I was told by a local, is not a really well-liked area for many locals hence why it is cheap to stay here compared to other areas, and also a bit less safe - though I did not have any problems). I was able to store my luggage for the day as I arrived in the morning (check-in starts at 14:30) which I thought was really nice.

Check-out starts at 6 in the morning, so I thought it would be fine going there at 7 in the morning to store my luggage (it was said that it's possible to store your luggage there if you arrive early). However, when I rang the bell, the lady (talking to me through the speaker) was really grumpy (well, I understand that.. not a morning person either...). Communicating was really hard and it took me ringing 4 times (and getting yelled at) until she finally let me into the hotel itself (though she always said "ok, come in"). Side note: she did not greet me in person and there was nobody at the reception, so maybe the bell is in her private apartment (it says "Hotel Bolognese" though) I realized that this seemed normal: I have never seen anybody at the reception and several times, even around 11:30 pm (when Check-in is still possible), somebody was ringing the doorbell again and again and even knocked really loudly asking to be let in - and it took 15 minutes until the person from the hotel finally reacted. This is what I thought was the least "ok". But also: the toilet flushing barely works - which was ok since I was only there for 2 nights and only to sleep, but would have been a bigger problem otherwise ;) And it could have been a bit cleaner (especially the toilet brush..). Rest was fine as a place to sleep.

Communication with the staff could be better. We made a reservation date change but they didn't remember to change the dates in the computer so for the first night three people had to share one double bed.

you have yo ring the bell and wait until the owner open the door to enter to the hotel, there is no reception, the owner manage everything.

The room is big and had a separate dining area. Very nice location too, near the termini in a quite and secure street.

The room and linen could use a refresher. As well as the bathroom drainage.

It was ok. The bed was confortable.

The floor was a little bit dirty.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Good location, short walk to Rome Central Station, easy and comfortable stay. Best for the money.

Old facilities

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful in everything. It has a great location where you can reach by walk all the attractive places of Roma, such as Trevi fontain, Pantheon, Colosseo etc.

Nice pesonnel. We could have let the baggage there the last day before we left to the airport. Close to metro station and main railway station.

Loud building (closing door, coffee machine in the morning). Water pressure in the shower was not very high. Breakfast was more like small snack, but I understood that it is normal in Italy

Bug in my bed. Awful isolation, could hear everyone coming in and out of the hotel.

The picturesque facilities as well as the location.

Guest in the room next door do not respect the rest time. They played loud music in the middle of the night and constant exits and entrances without a little respect from those who were on the same floor and resting.

Towels were not clean. No AC in my room and the room was stinky.
