Such a lovely hotel with perfect location, amazing view, reasonable price, many bars and restaurants, 2 night clubs, friendly and helpful staff. Many thanks for reception team - mr Mohaib, ms Krizia, ms Hilary, ms Joylyn, and manager mr Bhoj.

Near the beach near metro and mall

Very out dated the showers do not get warm. Maintenance man came and checked and you have to wait 10 minutes for your shower to get warm. And he said that is good enough, but it isn’t.

The staff was rather non customer friendly. I asked to check in earlier which was not possible at all. Then I asked if I could work from the restaurant, I was told at the reception I can only do it of I order food or breakfast. I was schocked! Then the A/C did not work in the room so they had to send a technician. Every day something broke in the room and one night the lights kept going off and on. It really felt like the technician did something on purpose. Also, nothing is focused on the guest. They focus on processes. I went to the pool and then they told me to go down basically back one level to take towels because this is the process. Also, when I wanted to drink somethink by the hotel's pool, I was told I have to pay on spot, cannot be added to the room because this is the process. When I asked for extra towel, I was told the regulation is one towel per guest. Why? For what purpose? The guests should be in focus and not the processes. These processes are all broken!
