お湯が素晴らしくてお肌スベスベ。シャンプーバーや、最新式のドライヤーなど凄く良かったです。

佐賀牛の夕食が期待外れでした。。 お品書きの品がどれかわからなかった。朝食は美味しかったです。

location is near ureshino city centre. my room air conditioner was out of order and the staff changed the room as i requested. thank you for nice service.

Breakfast is nice. The onsen water is very good. The roof top was nice but a bit cold as the showering area is not fully protected from wind. No issue with the basement onsen, very nice.

bathroom sink was too low. Water heater too complicated to use. Didn’t know ice water was for drinking, only found flask with water.

Room is confortable and the terrace hot spring is good at night time.

They are charging additional fees for a kid together with parent guests. Surcharge over 25 USD per night is way too much for 3 years old kid. I do not recommend this hotel when you are bringing your children. Normally, the other hotels do not

The onsen. both the open air onsen at the top floor & basement are good. The give you many kind of toiletries to choose from. The water in the onsen is exellent. Room is decent size. We have dinner & breakfast.

Dinner - even though they give u many dishes, but they just taste ok, nothing particular good & not very satifying either. I could use more food at breakfast too.
