Breakfast, juice from the cartons filled in not properly; one expect fresh juice. Varieties of mets quite poor. croissant of very poor quality. Location not easy to find; twice we where caught accessing a sensible property we are not suppose to. Personnel are very kind,polite & smiling. Benjamin's great at finding solution. The monkey on the window when opening curtains ,simply great, owesome. Will probably come back; if matress changed, so hard this one.

The Venue was awesome so private secure and clean. The nature surrounding the hotel was the best experience ever. The food is good with awesome staff.

I was so disappointed with billing at this hotel. I did an inquiry on a few things prior to booking. I had special requests for my room and also I had planned to have a photo session and I spoke with the staff about it who gave me a quote. My special request was accepted with no charge and so I proceeded with all the plans as per the quote and complimentary requests. Few hours later after reserving my room I received an email that my request will be charged. Upon checking in I was again surprised to be told a new quote higher than discussed for photo session. This Part of my experience at la mada gave me a bad impression about the hotel beside all other good things about it.

The quite and wooded surroundings awesome. The swimming pool is everything you 😍. The room was small, intimate and comfortable. The food is delicious .

The monkeys way to many 😱🤦‍♀️. The Dstv was not clear and the children's Channel was not clear at all. Pool service from the waiter was not good at all. The water in the bedroom was too hot 🔥 🥵 😩 😫 3rd degree burns hot. I wish they had a mosquito net. No one helped us with our luggage 😕 leaving.

this place is paradise . i really liked the chill vibes. the staff is very welcoming. the place is very atypical, with a lot of palm trees and monkeys. you feel like you are in the jungle but in town. the food is excellent, the chief is incredible. i really enjoyed my experience in la Mada.

The fact that they could not just charge everything on the card and demanded for cash.

I had a really bad experience to be more specified.. starting from the room, the bed was hard to sleep on not comfy at all.. At dining area we saw many cats and rat when we complain to one of the staff he was laughing and bragging saying there’s two rats.. also the cats are all around the buffet tools.. In the the morning there were too much nosies due to many children screaming and playing around our room.. I booked 9 nights but ends with 1 bad night and checked out.:Definitely I will not recommend it to anyone.. I really surprised how this hotel took four stars..
