Hotel is small but clean and at the good location.

Good location and parking

The bedding and towels were wet, couldnt get new sheets because they didnt have extra (offered us to dry it in the dryer), carpet wasnt clean, there was hair in the bathroom. Hairdryer is weak. We told all of this to the receptionist and his excuse was that the hotel was full, so they had lot of work.

Great location and great family run hotel. The hosts (two brothers) were so friendly and welcoming. I won’t hesitate to come back again.

The hotel is a little bit old and the queen bed is two separate individual beds united together

The room was clean and comfy. The staff was polite and ready to assist. Free parking is a great addition. Location is accessible and near the historical center. We were able to visit the entire city by foot.

The staff is very hospitable, the parking is great, everything is great, a warm recommendation.

The men at the reception was very polite, helpful, and nice, room was big, nice classic wood furniture, all very clean.

The temperature of hot water was very low, we were cold while showering and after that also. The heating system in the room was very noisy, so we had to turn it off during the night so we could sleep, and the room got colder.... Breakfast was mediocre, coffee not great at all ( a machine woth instant coffee, I guess) and also very cold in the dining room. Dissapointed because the hotel had great reviews on booking....

Nicely located in a quite street. Very comfortable bedroom and bathroom.

Room was relatively cold (not pre-heated for my arrival) but the AC helped.

Value for money

The hotel and rooms are well appointed and maintained. Clean, fresh linen in the room and bathroom. A good sized room with a laminate floor, so very hygienic. The public areas are excellent, with marble flooring throughout. The staff are excellent - considerate and helpful with nothing too much trouble. The hotel is also so much better now that the coffee shop has re-opened. - excellent service in a nice location. Overall, the hotel represents excellent value for money.

The owner helped me to park my car because the parking lot is quite narrow, though all parking spaces are in the shade. The room had very nice wooden furniture and everything was prepared very neatly. I had a lovely stay.

The hairdryer didn't work.
