Very pleasant staff at reception and they were always available when I had general questions throughout my stay. My room was very clean with a great view from the balcony. Housekeeping staff very pleasant and provided excellent services. People were very patient and kind when I was trying to speak in Romanian. The location was great. The bed was comfortable. My stay was very relaxing.

Breakfast - 1st day no one greeted me. While I was eating, a man (not standing close by) asked my room number. I never saw him again and I did not get any coffee. On day 2, I was greeted upon arrival to the breakfast room and a man brought me a cup of coffee; on day 3 there was a coffee machine. Towels and bathrobe had holes in them Terrace bar and patio remain closed.

Location was fabulous. Easy for city centre and good views.

The location is great. Clean,cosy and comfortable hotel. Parking available ( with reservation.) Staff nice and helpful.

Poor breakfast.

I spent the holiday in Firenze apartment. It is a lovely room and very interesting experience especially because of the bed. It was clean and very quiet.

Breakfast was bad, there was not a lot of options to choose from, the orange juice was a very cheap version of it. I would suggest to skip breakfast option and eat out as there are plenty nice places

Parking - when you reserve parking it will be good that the hotel will give you the adress of the parking - it will help you save time and avoid the problems of busyy traffic in front of hotel and also some instructions on what you have to do to acces parking Also it will be nice to have inside parking area instructions with what you have to do in order to go out, interfon will be helpfull. I had to go to the reception to leave. Breakfast - based on the rating of the hotel I was expected more on the variety of breakfast food

The hotel is centrally located, clean and with helpful staff.

Breakfast can be more varied.
