I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Grand Residence and I'm compelled to share my experiences. On the whole, the hotel offered a clean environment and friendly service, although the unique decor left me with mixed feelings. From the onset, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. My room was immaculate, with every surface spotless and well-kept. This standard of cleanliness was maintained throughout my stay, speaking volumes about the housekeeping team's commitment to excellence. The staff at the Grand Residence also deserve a round of applause for their dedication to guest satisfaction. They were always ready with a warm smile and went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. However, my experience was somewhat dampened by the hotel's decor. The style was a bit old-fashioned and honestly, I found it slightly eerie. This is, of course, a matter of personal taste, and some guests might appreciate the antique charm. However, for me, the aesthetics were not appealing and left me feeling a bit unsettled. In light of the excellent cleanliness and commendable service provided by the hotel's staff, I would rate my stay as generally satisfactory. Nevertheless, I would encourage the management to consider updating the decor to better appeal to guests with contemporary tastes. While the current style may indeed suit some, a fresher, more modern aesthetic could make the overall ambiance more inviting and comfortable for a wider range of guests. Overall, if you are not put off by older, more unique decor styles, the Grand Residence offers a friendly, clean environment that many will find appealing. If, like me, you prefer a more modern vibe, you may want to keep the decor in mind when booking. Despite this, I found the Grand Residence to be an establishment that values cleanliness and good service, which are certainly its key strengths.

The main aspect of my stay at the Grand Residence that I found less than satisfactory was the decor. We liked having apartments rather than hotel rooms as it gave us more space to spread out, rather than being confined to bedrooms. Both apartments were spacious, and bright. The location, while not central, was good for the time we were there. Nice quiet street,

The plug on the kettle didn't fit the socket so we couldn't use it.

I like the ambience. It's comfortable because the space is wide, the availability of an additional bedroom was cool, it's not noisy at night time, the gym was good, too...

Apartment staff are all very friendly and very nice housekeeper as always. Very helpful reception

Very clean and spacious room along with very friendly staff. I felt like home.

There is no breakfast included. The location is quite and it is the best place to relax and enjoy.

The Air conditional should be changed as it is very old.
