It was a perfect place for holiday. I recommend 👍

The beach is very dirty and small, kids camps make this place a hell-ongoing dancing and singing on the scene between the blocks and the swimming pool makes you crazy, especially as it lasts till 10 pm. Majority of facilities like fitness, other restaurants were closed. Minimarket supply limited and expensive. It needs restoration.

Everything was close at the complex

The swimming pool was clean and nice. The location of the hotel was good, but far away from the city.

I have booked an apartment for four people, as this was a family trip. We didn't get what we have booked. In stead of having 4 single beds we had one double bed and a couch. Both were really uncomfortable. There was a cake in the fridge that the staff took but left the fridge dirty, so I had to clean it afterwards. Even though I have written in the offer that we were 4 people, the staff was completely surprised. There was not enough blankets for everyone. The mirrors were dirty as well. The staff was interested in only taking the money and was rude. She told us if we don't like it, to go away and that they won't charge me. If I wanted to search for a place on the spot I wouldn't pre-order one. Also the offer didn't include cancelation, so they would have charged me anyway. When it comes to the paying method, it gets even better. The staff insisted on paying by hand. No post terminal, no receipt, no online banking. After I insisted for paying through the bank, the staff gave me the bank account but the staff acted like this is something extremely extraordinary.

No beach, very bad roads, nothing to eat or drink.

Beach was close and there is a swimming pool.

Aircon was horribly noisy even when it was switched off- we had to unplug it from the electricity, TV was not working, fridge was also barely usable, bathroom tap was broken.

The appartment was comfortable enough and there is a small beach nearby the complex (not the official one - it is a joke). We were lucky that the complex was not even half full - so it was very peacefull and quiet!

Lack of maintenance! We was not able to use the lavatory - because of the smell ... and the whole place feels like it is not finished or if it is after a very fast and cheep repair works. The possibilities for good meal around are very limited and the whole complex was with only one restaurant with the only option for All inclusive which might be because of COVID-19.
