It was luxurious; from the bellhop welcoming you at the door, easy check-in, elevator, clean room with nice looking furniture, perfect pillows and crisp clean sheets, air conditioning, soft music playing, hot water and delicious buffet breakfast included. The best hotel we stayed at in Peru.

Very comfortable bed. There was a problem with my reservation and the family room was not available. They set us up in 2 separated room which was very nice.

We asked for cleaning in one of the rooms and the service never came. We also got conflicting information about the opening hours of the kitchen, which left us one night without any food (and nothing available in the surroundings).

It was a clean room with a nice bed on a rather quiet street. The breakfast was really good, staff was friendly

Great

This was one of the first seamless bookings i have had with a hotel in Peru for some months. They didn't require a deposit and i was able to make payment on arrival. The pool, surprisingly, was available for use, as was the breakfast room. The shower had great pressure and good hot water, the tv worked and had full range of channels. In room was a good sized desk and chair suitable to do work online. The beds were very soft and very comfortable. The location to the airport is only a s/5 journey which made our onward travel very easy.

The pool hours are very poor. After traveling hours we wanted to unwind in the pool but it closed at 6:00pm

The location was fine. The room had a king bed and a large bathroom. Totally adequate for us. We had our small dog with us which was no problem for them and only charged an additional $10. Staff were very good and especially Gilberto who was very helpful. The breakfast was great with many choices. Great coffee. We stay at many different hotels in Peru and this time we travelled with our pet. Most hotels do not accept pets and the few that do will charge $50 or $60 extra.

The only small min point is they only have six parking places. Three inside and three fairly secure outside. Otherwise you are on the street and with a vehicle full of travel luggage, etc., that is not recommended.
