Exceptional property! This was our second visit and we will be returning again next year at least once! Fernando and his team are great hosts / managers of the property. You simply can't get a better location. The views! The villa is traditional but modern where it needs to be. The bed is super comfy and all other facilities are excellent throughout the property.

We booked this "luxury villa" and paid €2,200 for 7 days. We left after 3 days and moved into a real luxury villa for the remainder of the holiday. "Luxury Sea Front Caleton 40" is not luxurious - it is infested with insects, mosquitos, cockroaches, lacks air conditioning and the unit itself is quite dated. The "secret" room is akin to a dungeon. It appears the property is being lived in and is vacated on the day of arrival. I will be uploading some videos on youtube and our blogging site for others to review themselves over the next few days.

The arrival was professional with Fernando greeting and introducing us to this wonderful and well equipped villa,the villa is stunning in an amazing location over the ocean. A lot of room and great BBQ, nearby 5 star restaurants and great bars make it so plesant. We were 5 persons 4 adults and a 2 year old boy ,lots of room and great beach 50 mtrs away. We will be back. Wonderful villa to enjoy all to yourself. Comfortable, spacious, beautiful views, a few steps from the sea. You can leave home in your swimming trunks to jump in the sea. Absolutely everything you need is provided. We will return

Decor slightly dated, but very original.

We had looked at a lot of villas in Lanzarote but this one looked so good the others paled by comparison. I really wouldn’t bother looking anywhere else again. We are very fussy customers, but struggled to find fault with this. This house is spectacular, both in terms of it’s location right on the beachfront and the design. Like actually staying in the sea. There is nowhere else in Lanzarote to sleep so close to the sea. Everything about it was classy, from the quality of the bedding and towels to the artwork. South facing terraces, so sun all day, right from early morning until sunset. Beautiful views all round, it is like staying on a lovely boat with the conveniences of shops and restaurants right outside. We looked at Lani’s suites but during our stay there was a very loud DJ at the bar/restaurant near Lani’s and this was actually quieter. The host, Fernando was so attentive and accommodating we could not have asked for more. I’m always a little sceptical of wine left in rented villas, but I can honestly say the white wine he gave us was the best we have had in all our stays in Lanzarote. Perfectly chilled in the huge fridge in the unbelievably well equipped kitchen. No shortage of wine and champagne glasses, decent sized mugs for morning tea and coffee. Comfy beds, the sound of the waves, we already wish we were back there. And we will be!

Absolutely nothing.

The location is incredible. Seconds from the beach and they supplied snorkles so we were swiming with the fishes every day. The facilities are great, no shortage of kitchenware. TV with lots of UK and Irish channels and both Terraces are very comfortable with fantastic views of the ocean. The room downstairs is a striking feature, built into the rocks of the shore. The host Antonio stays nearby and is very attentive to your needs without being overbearing. He even accomodated the family when our flight was cancelled which was really appreciated.

We have no complaints. Only one suggestion would be if there was a welcome pack with some salt, pepper, tea, coffee, olive oil for example available as this was all purchased on arrival.
