Uzeli smo polupansion. Doručak i večera su bili izvrsni. Hotel je na samoj plaži koja je predivna. Ispred hotela je duuuugačka šetnica uz more na lijevu i desnu stranu. Osoblje hotela ljubazno i susretljivo. Sobe su lijepe, čiste, uredne. Bazen odličan. Ležaljki oko bazena puno. Puno palmi koje rade hlad preko dana. Sve skupa je nadmašilo naša očivanja. Hotel je za svaku preporuku.

Lovely spacious hotel, our room had sea view across the pool area which was great, staff were extremely welcoming and the service was top class-special marks to Kilian in the restaurant and his team-we had read about queues for toast and eggs but honestly the chef who was making omelettes fresh for you in front of your eyes to order was amazing and we never had a long wait-all the staff were so attentive and nothing was any trouble for them. Veronica and Toni in the bar -amazing workers! Zofia on reception was very helpful when we were organising day trips but all the staff we met were amazing and sorry we don’t have all the names. The pool area was blissful-no one was hogging beds there were plenty for everyone - maybe summer is busier but we found it very relaxing. Nightly entertainment was enjoyable-and finished just after 10 so not noisy then afterwards. Food was very good -we had been on bed and breakfast but upgraded to all inclusive for two days which we really enjoyed. Location ideal on quieter less commercial side of Puerto del Carmen but bus stop outside hotel takes you to old town and even to playa Blanca for just a few euros. Altogether we had a great holiday in this hotel and would recommend for couples.

Está un poco antiguo y debajo de l cama había mucho polvo. Se nos cayó un anillo y mejor no haber mirado. El resto estaba limpio

Lovely Hotel . I highly recommend this for couples not much for children obviously there's things close by so no problem. The entertainment that was provided was excellent. We all enjoyed the magic show ,
The food was really tasty. There was lots of choice. Fresh fruit on a daily basis, i would advise thers no children cutlery ,
we would definitely return again soon. Thanks all

Location was brilliant. We only did B&B and the variety of breakfast was excellent. We had a couple of pool days and had lunch in, which were very good. Stayed in for dinner once, it was good but thought it overpriced. Evening entertainment was different at times but entertaining, lovely cocktail's :)

Food was great. Lots of choices, freshly made. A lot of drinks included in the All Inclusive package. Clean pool. And above all, staff working there is amazing!!

WiFi was terrible on one day. We tried rebooting router, etc. As we needed to work this was a huge negative.
Be prepared for a bit of noise. To be expected given location.

The staff was extremely nice, attentive to any questions and always with a warm style. the facility is really great, there is table tennis, mini golf, tenis, darts and table pool, all free of charge.
Rooms are spacious and balconies have really beautiful views. Great week, thank you!

Great hotel, good facilities and food/drinks. Very helpfull and friendly staff. Located next to the beach, close to the airport and in a calm area. Some nice bars-restaurants and shops close-by.

This hotel is bicycle friendly, so I decided to return for the third time. The staff speak many languages at the reception everyone is so gentle and Mrs.Rita is really kind and every time find smart solutions for us who love travelling by bicycle.
I also appreciated a lot the help of Suzana.
The rooms are clean and the check-in is until midday.
I consider the man who assigns the tables in the internal restaurant too arrogant and presumptuous. He doesn't make you feel very "Bienvenido".

There was a great selection for Breakfast, continental, fruits, meats and cheeses and of course the fried bacon and eggs!
