The weather was perfect, clean beach...

First impression at the reception was bad, the receptionist wasnt nice with us... he spoke " aa you came to early now you have to wait ..." he didnt bother to explain how was the rouls, i had to remind him that we have all-meals included, to give us brace- hands. The second bed în my apartment was bended, it was very unconfortable. I spoke with them after the firs night but they didnt do nothing... în restaurant the staff is not organised, few plates poor management. The "all inclusive" bar was located in second floor, and every time you need a drink go up 2 levels, by stairs or elevator..., The free beach like they put on booking " free acces to the beach, 1 umbrela and 2 sunbeds " was a BIG SCAM .... that was the rison on first place that i chose this hotel....I spoke about this with the staff , 2 days was ok and after the guy from the beach wont let us only if we pay . You dont have internet în rooms, only pool and restaurant area.

Clean hotel , good food and friendly staff. The beach is just 50 m and it was full of sand. A great place for a family holiday. The pool was big enough and the restaurant had delicious food . The room was very big and clean, housekeeping checked the room everyday.

Great location - on the beach!

No parking spots even the hotel was 1/3 full. Nobody came to clean the apartment - no soap, a few towels... Most of the food looks like it was reheat from frozen meals, very poor service at the reception desk - they kept our passports for 1 day??!! It is sad that they charge so much, but can,t provide overall service for 4****.....

It has its own private beach, with umbrellas and sun beds, it cost a deposit of 10 Leva which is ok. Room was designed pretty nice.

Air conditioner was not working properly. Nobody came to clean the room while we stayed in. Food was terrible, we had to take dinner somewhere else, not worth paying for. There was the same menu every day! Parking was outside of the hotel, fortunately there was a very nice guy who was speaking romanian and took care of our car. The coffee was in fact a terrible ness, juice was not natural but water with pills, disgusting thing...

Unpleasant experience! The hotel has a parking lot but is not offered to hotel guests! Your car will be on a narrow street outside the hotel at random. On the small street there were about 400 cars armor to armor. If you vacate the place, the chance to park again is 0!Internet is for a fee! The entire amount for the stay is taken in advance!The food is for pigs! Taste = 0! You will buy food from the nearby supermarket!Chefs are Russian and Bulgarian teenagers who have no occupation! You must speak Russian to speak them! They don't offer any drinks though they should! Hot drinking water!Ban on taking food out of the dining room! The food I think was from supermarkets!Coffee is not available in any form!I do not recommend this hotel to visit! You will take part in a thriller!

Whenever I asked anything of the staff (the concierge and the restaurant bar staff were very nice and professional people), they generally served me respectfully and to my expectations. The food was decent, if un-creative. The faux gold and marble touches were nice. Seeing fake gold around really made me feel great to walk on the balcony and see the bird droppings on others. Wifi was probably good, if you got one of the routers they provided. I used a Bulgarian sim card.

The owners made a show of being owners, being served by the staff, while if you sat down at a table on the terrace no one would come to take your order. Huge management problem there, it seemed like they treated their staff like dirt. Cleanliness was touch and go. It took a day for them to clean my room and the spider in it. In the meantime, I got to know the spider. His name was John. We swapped vacation stories, had a beer and played poker long into the night. I miss him.

Staff was helpful and polite, bad English skills. Pryce was good.

Bad food, you only get one drink with your lunch. No internet in the rooms unless payed. No entertainment. Far away from the centre. AC in the rooms was set to a minimum, could nearly blow any air. TV only had 3,4 programs.

I liked the location, friendly and helpful staff. Although not the typical all-inclusive, the food was very good and a large variety of foods. Very large rooms, very comfortable and clean. Private beach, free umbrellas and sunbeds. The owner was very kind and helpful with extra stuff eg: iron for clothes.

No wi-fi, few parking spots (we were lucky because the hotel was almost empty), if you want to take a walk with your car you might not have a place where to park when you get back.

The hotel is next to the beach, the staff are very friendly, the food is good, the rooms are clean, pool is big :)

There are no place, where the children can play.
