Super hostel situé au centre de Bacalar et super personnel,très attentif et serviable, cuisine fonctionnel et grande salle de bain

Ik had de private room, die was ruim inclusief keukentje. De lokatie is perfect, pal aan het centrale plein, maar toch rustig.

De private room ligt achter het hostel waardoor je geen contact hebt met de andere gasten.

Il est important de mentionner que nous avons modifié notre réservation au moment de l'arrivée. La première chambre attribuée était située sur un étage où la cuisine et la salle de bain étaient partagées par 2 autres chambres. Nous avons donc payé un extra pour obtenir la suite familiale (privée) et nous n'avons pas regretté. La différence entre les chambres partagées et les chambres privées est immense. Il y a beaucoup plus d'installations, la pièce est mieux insonorisée et équipée, plus grande. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous avons apprécié l'aide des réceptionnistes qui nous ont offert un service exceptionnel. Les lits sont confortables, la salle de bain est immense, la localisation est parfaitement au centre de Bacalar et nous avons même un restaurant juste en dessous de l'hôtel qui offre 15% de rabais aux locataires de l'hôtel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce détail ! Il y a encore beaucoup de bonnes choses à dire sur cet hostel, mais nous vous recommandons de le découvrir par vous-mêmes et de choisir des chambres privées pour mieux profiter du séjour.

La seule chose qui manquait dans la suite familiale était un long miroir et peut-être un micro-onde, mais ce ne sont que des détails futiles. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la suite familiale et nous recommanderons cet endroit assurément !! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location, comfortable beds and staff hospitality

The bathroom had a bad smell all the time

Not very clean. We found a cockroach right close to the bed + a pigeon laying eggs just outside our window

This property has a great location right in the town Square. The staff waited for me as I didn’t arrive until after midnight very friendly and helpful and give you a 10% discount at the restaurant beside.

The bathroom doesn’t have any air-conditioning and is musty and stinky so leaving your lovely air-conditioned room to go to a stinky. Bathroom is kind of unpleasant. Otherwise things were great.

Great location, very friendly staff.

The shower was terrible, the shower head had water coming out of the side not down.

first time that I’m staying in a very noisy, uncomfortable and expensive property. As usual, you book for one price on Booking then when at the property they say that there is an extra fee over the extra fee that they already apply. It’s a loop, they point out Booking then no one gives you an answer, at the end of the day, I paid a different price than the original booking, almost the double just for the record.
