It is very near to Pondok Indah Mall which is about 7-10mins slow walk however it is a busy road with heavy traffic. By taxi, it takes similar time to arrive as the traffic is heavy.

The hotel lobby/restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Especially for dinner, there were a lot of mosquitoes. Room service cooked food was not consistent. Everyday, I have to order fried rice with prawns for my child. Everyday, it comes differently. Either too oily or too dry. The room has a sliding door. That door has no lock. It is dangerous for wandering young children. I had to put 3 cargo bags to block the sliding door just to be safe.

Location is good, there is dispenser for drink mineral water (refill by yourself) and type of room, Family room.

Please do better in the breakfast section. Some food is too dry, oily and tasteless.

Our family are so disappointed with the staff and the facilities of the hotel.

The facilities and staff are so bad.. we reserved a room with breakfast, suddenly all the staff said our room aren't included with breakfast. That's very bad service:(
