Nice and clean property, beautiful views.

The aesthetics in general - light wood, stone and white walls - very nice composition, kind of 'mountainous'. The view - town below and mountains all around. Really quiet.

Great location for the red hike trail. There is a playground for kids on the property and free parking.

The temperature in the house was too high and we could not adjust it.

Costumer service very poor !!! We have experienced problems from 1st day of our arrival . Not enough beds prepared, lack of cable tv and NO ACCESS TO WIFI !!! Management of the resort was not helpful at all. When we reported the internet issues he didn’t take our complaints as a serious matter . Instead of rapid action to fix the problem he was insisting everyday to pay outstanding fees . We’ve tried to sort out this issue amicably with some form of discount but no luck either. Inappropriate approach to guests and bad manners made us really uncomfortable and stressful during most part of our holiday . Beware and Avoid at all costs!!!
