لايوجد خدمات قريبة من الفندق سيرا على الاقدام مثل بقالات محلات اخرى كلها تحتاج سياره او تأمنها قبل توصل الفندق

Receptionist Staff was very helpfull, I would like to change my room with twin bed room type but it was only available on smoking floor , for better stay he offering me extra bed with no extra charge on non smoking floor.

some maintenance are needed in bath room since the curtain already broken and shaby

الفندق موقع جميل ويقع في آخر المدينة حيث يبعد نصف ساعة او 40 دقيقة عن مواقع الفعاليات ، يمتاز الفندق بالهدوء لمن يبحث عن الاستجمام او العرسان

يحتاج تجديد لاثاث الغرف، الفندق يطلع على جهتين الجهة الاولى يطلع على مهبط ومدخل الفندق ولانصح به اما الجهة الاخرى فهي الافضل والاجمل يطلع المدينة وملعب الغولف اعلى دور الفندق فينبغى اثناء الحجز التاكد بان تكون غرفتك من هذه الجهة. بوفيه الفطور محدود التنوع واغلبه اكل اندونيسي.

We were going to Dimsum rest at 18 floor, once we arrive the lady ask me whether i already booking , i said no, she said already fully booked , then i complain that i came earlier at 7.00am caused d status on google was open, then she said there is 1 table but narrow and in the corner, i said fine and ok. After i sit for few minute i saw many table empty without more customer coming, included the table next to me I think you need to train with good and better manner all your staff especially at the Dim Sum restaurant, so dissapointed with this Secondly your towel not reflected 5 star hotel, so old

The location and weather

The toilet need to rehabilitation.

Location, it's very nice and quiet. Very relaxing. But yes, you really need a vehicle to get around coz it's far off the city centre. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. If you wake up in the morning and go for a short walk, all staff will make you feel very welcome. My son had the opportunity to drive one their ATVs in the parking lot. Short but he really enjoyed it. The rooms dan bathrooms are very clean and literally "cold", "nice cold" though. We ordered the room with breakfast. A complete buffet with all types of food ie. american, continental and asian breakfast. Their home made ice cream is the best.

Nothing that I can think of.

very quite area, the best view and the friendliest staff around. best hotel in town without a doubt! the suite were very spacious as well.

we stayed for a couple of days during the week so there were no child activities available
