Seul son emplacement qui était un peu loin par rapport a mon programme

Nothing to like.

Some staff were professional, some staff were dismissive. Hotel was full so we did not have a choice of rooms, they put my colleague who is asthmatic in a Smoking room. We had to put up with the smoky smell for a 4-6 nights.

Ik kwam met de taxi, dus aankomst voor de deur. Voldoende kleine winkels en restaurants in de buurt. Ik vond zelfs een KFC, links van het hotel de straat uitlopen. Mijn kamer was in het oudere deel. Toch alles naar wens. En zeker het comfortabele bed met extra kussens. En een goede douche ruimte. Het is een fijn hotel met een fantastisch ontbijt buffet. Heel gevarieerd. Het bedienend personeel is heel aardig en behulpzaam. Speciaal de manager, spreekt goed Engels en is zeer hulpvaardig. Ik kreeg goede hulp bij een vliegticket boeking waarbij de computer van de servicedesk nodig was.

Ik kan eigenlijk niet zonder muziek om me heen. En dus mis ik westerse muziek op de kamer. Ik zou wel een muziekkanaal op de TV wensen.

There is smoke of cigarettes everywhere, not only in your room, but also in the hotel corridors. And the room is very very small which doesn't match the picture they posted in the booking website.

The shuttle bus service to Canton fair was good and the girl in charge was friendly

The location is not great. The rooms are not clean and there is a bad smell in the room Very noisy rooms. Traffic noise all night Most of the staff don't speak English.

No isolation on the window so you can hear any voice from the street. I had called the reception desk to change the room and they mentioned all windows are like this. I had to struggle to get Chinese vat invoice for days. Obviously the hotel is not really willing to pay taxes

nothing to be honest. the only thing is that, they offered to cancel my booking straight away after I complained about the smell and no windows at the room.

I’ve been in so many hotel and I’m very confident to say, this was the worst in terms of dirtiness and awful smell. even though it has a high rate, so either it was good or the rating is made up.
