Resmay (if the spelling is wrong) was lovely and very helpful throughout. Also spoke perfect English. Thank you personally to her! We were upgraded on check in as other rooms were free and even granted early check in despite arriving at 10am Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily Complimentary coffee and water provided each day after room clean

The morning staff was helpful and quick to solve problems. Location, although not in the best area, is good. Room was quiet and big, and they put free water every morning.

I had lots of issues the first night, including a mouse (!!!) in my room, which prevented me from sleeping as it was constantly coming out to try to find food. The staff was quick to change my room the next morning and resolve other issues that I was asked not to mention here. The afternoon/ evening staff is a bit odd and unhelpful to be honest (in line with what I had read in previous reviews) so if you need help, I suggest you wait morning time (nice manager and a girl working mornings). The bedrooms have kitchen areas with table, counter and sink but absolutely no cutlery or anything so you can't really use any of it apart from the fridge; it would be easy to add cutlery and a couple of plates in each room.... blinds are not blackout so bring an eye mask.

My second time with this wonderful hotel. it's always good. reception and manager very helpful. cleaned room. will be back again if have time visit in Phnom Penh.

Best hotel location in city. we stayed 1 night with our business trip in phnom Penh. The staff very helpful and friendly. view was perfect from our balcony. very cleaned room. the entrance a bit small. but very safe.

Morning receptionist was absolutely excellent. Super helpful and energetic: truly the soul of the hotel. Room was quite large and comfortable with excellent views of the city. You need to walk on a narrow lane for about 5m to get to.the entrance but it really doesn't feel unsafe.

Evening receptionists were a bit odd, unspirited, and immersed on the computers watching videos at full loudness. The hotel has no restaurant, although there are many good options around. There's a huge construction site right in front of the hotel so it can get a bit loud during the day.
