Location was perfect. On walking distance from all the stores and boulevard. It is great that the villa has its own parking space for the car. The breakfast was fabulous. A huge variety of freshly prepared sandwiches, vegetables, meat, cheese and fish. Eggs were prepared, juices were served. All you can think of! The staff was super friendly and did everything to make our stay perfect. An excellent place.
Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of service. Most likely some maintenance was required.

Fantastic location. Great hosts. I like the fact that each room is named after a famous opera! Great room with large furnished balcony. Will definitely stay there again.
Nothing really except that there probably should be some kind of a sign available on the door in the event that you don’t want to be disturbed by housekeeping.

The breakfast was amazing! A very friendly host. Good coffee and a nice setting.
The bed was a torture device. Please replace. The rooms are dated. Urgently needs an update. The swimspa was empty, sad view. The bar and terrace was closed the day we were there (high season) the curtains in the room are not adequate to keep the light out in the morning.

Excellent buffet, we were also able to sit outside lon the lovely terrasse, which was nice. I did not feel like something was missing. Parking is available but you need to reserve which is not indicated. They still offered me one place which was great.The jaccuzzi is ok.
The room I booked was tiny but calm, there is no air condition which did not bother me, a fan would have been nice. Unfortunately the jaccuzzi seems not to funtion on every level and there were some green algue spots, though we ignored these details and enjoyed it

Great location,, beautiful rooms. Thenks to the owner and Ginette and all other staff members to make my stay à very enjoable one. They make you feel like being at home. Will definetely come back, when returning to Knokke-Heist.

We stayed two nights in this wonderful small and cosy hotel. The owners Ann and Yves are very friendly and helpful. We booked a standard room. We appreciated the Nespresso machine with free cups and the fridge in the room. The bed was very comfortably. It was a small room but very cosy and tastefully decorated. In this COVID 19 lockdown period, we have appreciated the possibility to have a diner in the hotel. They order very nice food from a cook/traiteur in the neighbourhood, and serve it in a wonderful decorated room next to yours, or in the breakfast area at the ground floor. The food was delicious!! Also the breakfast was superb. Everything you need was there: fresh orange juice, fresh fruit salad, croissants, eggs, etcetera. We would definetly recommend this hotel !
