The bed was comfortable.

The shower rose was discusting, should be in the dump plus had to hold it up to wash. I wouldn't call that a balcony, couldn't sit there. Courtesy bus was late taking off & didn't know where to guide us to our terminal.

Check in was very efficient at 1 am with minimal delay. Room was very quiet with no external noise. Breakfast was substantial at a reasonable cost.

The shower pressure was terrible and it took forever for the water to get hot. I barely had the cold water tap on. You almost had to walk around in the shower to get wet.

Awesome ground level accommodation - no need to carry bags upstairs, balcony provided.

No greens provided in buffet meal. Hand rail in bathroom not fully attached which was quite dangerous when getting into/out of shower, bathroom door knob not fully attached - came off on hand.

Very poor the property is very tired and needs significant investment. The staff were very unhelpful and could not help organise the courtesy bus from airport to hotel and we had to get a taxi at 1am in the morning after a 24hr flight.

advertised as an airport lodge but was quite far from the airport so a taxi or Uber is needed when arriving. but they do provide a free shuttle for departing passengers which is very convenient

Room very clean, felt safe, nice spa, friendly front desk staff

First night my meal at bistro was dry and unable to cut, (calamari) I ate 4 which were fine the other 4 were inedible management in the bistro didn’t care, dogs in the next property barked from 6am thru the remainder of the day. Just ruined the stay next night there was banging, sounded like furniture being moved above my room from 1am till 6am, a night of no sleep, Must say the female behind the bar was lovely and polite.

Shuttle service to Tullamarine was quick, on time and courteous. Bistro meal was tasty and staff worked with efficiency and humour.

Room fitout and decor is dated but was comfortable and clean. There was quite a bit of coming and going in the corridors which resulted in noise and disturbance- pretty much what one expects in a transit hotel.
